Skye Andrade

Co-Managing Partner

Skye Andrade was born and raised in Hawaii on the beautiful island of Kauai. At the age of 18, she moved to Daytona Beach, FL where she completed her four-year degree at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. After graduating with honors in 2007, she moved to the Pacific Northwest where she spent the better part of a decade learning about business and asset management.

In 2018 she moved to Southern California where she began her career in finances, specializing in financial education and debt elimination. Her financial coaching helped countless families purchase their first homes, and existing homeowners purchase their first investment properties. This led her to a career in real estate in 2020, and her first big investment in a tech startup company.

In 2021 she moved back home to the island of Kauai and has since dedicated herself to helping the people of Hawaii purchase their first homes and create generational wealth. She teaches monthly homebuyer workshops to the public and continues her financial coaching classes on a one-to-one basis. Her dream is to give the people of Hawaii access to the knowledge and resources to not only survive in this ever increasing real estate market, but thrive, and acquire the assets necessary to give their families the option to stay for generations.

Skye is the proud military spouse of her beautiful wife Jennifer who has been in the United States Air Force for 21 years, and volunteers as the key spouse for Jennifer's squadron at Hickam Air Force Base. She is also an active member of the Zonta Club of Kauai where she serves on the board as club Secretary. She enjoys eating, traveling, riding horses, and spending time with her family which includes their 3-year-old son Odin, and their pets Romeo the cat, and Duchesse the dog.

Mayan brings over 25 years of diverse experience to Mayjah Capital Investments, blending leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of customer relations. During a decade of service in the United States Air Force, Mayan served as a logistics manager, overseeing $500 million in aircraft parts, and managed U.S. mail postal international relationships, showcasing exceptional organizational and strategic skills.

Following military service, Mayan spent 15 years excelling in the hospitality and sales industries, building a reputation for fostering relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving results.

As Co-Managing Partner of Mayjah Capital Investments, Mayan draws on this extensive background to identify high-value multifamily property investments, optimize asset performance, and deliver sustainable returns for investors. Committed to enhancing communities and creating long-term value, Mayan ensures every project aligns with the company’s vision for growth and impact.
